Office Manager — Phoenix

We are looking for an office manager to support our fast-growing firm. This is a hybrid position central to all of our operations and its duties include client relations, employee benefits management, dealing with vendors, file management, calendaring, and clerical support for our attorneys in Phoenix and Tucson. This position is almost fully virtual, though periodically you will need to be able to visit our main office in North Scottsdale and, on occasion, any of our satellite offices. We often confer by telephone, FaceTime, Skype, and screen sharing, so you will need to have high speed internet capabilities in your remote work environment. A smartphone and laptop will be provided.
